Guillermo Reyes has been our realtor for over a decade. He has done several deals for us involving residential and investment properties.
In each transaction we were extremely happy, as he was always prepared and involved in every phase of the transaction. In each transaction in addition to providing us with comparative market analysis, he also obtained all reports (roof, foundation, termite etc) , read them all diligently and made comments, asked questions, and obtained answers for us. He was upfront about all the issues and negotiated the purchase price and cost of repairs as if he was purchasing it for himself. He was 100% involved in every phase of the transaction. Even talked to the mortgage loan officer, kept on top of it, made sure we met the closing date!!
His network of mortgage lenders, termite and roof inspectors, handymen, contractors, etc, is excellent.
They were easy to talk to, easy to work with and charged reasonable for the high quality work they did for the properties we purchased, he visited the properties on his own and use his ‘eye for detail’ and find any issues with the property and talk to the sellers on his own when we saw it, almost all issues were resolved. For us, that saved us a lot of time and trips to the properties.
Being in real estate for over 35 years, we have met many realtors but have not met anyone better than Guillermo!! He is honest and straight forward. He has tremendous knowledge of market and has excellent communication and negotiating skill.

We first met Guillermo when we scheduled an appointment for a property we found online. The property didn't match our needs but my wife and I were very impressed with Guillermo's professionalism and local knowledge. He put together the winning bid in this very competitive market as my agent in buying the beautiful house that I have right now. He handled every snag that we ran into in buying this house for both me AND the selling agent. He was in touch with the sellers when things started to go south and righted the ship. He knows both sides of the transaction so well that he is able to anticipate problems and inform you about what to expect whether you are a buyer OR a seller.
